Ella loved exploring the field behind her house. One sunny afternoon, she found a bright blue feather stuck in the grass. It shimmered under the sunlight, and Ella felt like it was calling her to follow it.

She decided to look for the bird that had lost the feather. She packed a small bag with her notebook, a bottle of water, and her favourite red cap. As she walked through the tall grass, she listened to the rustling leaves and chirping birds above her.

After a while, Ella spotted a small bluebird sitting on a branch, looking down at her. She noticed it was missing a feather on its wing. Carefully, Ella placed the feather on a nearby rock, hoping the bird would see it. The bluebird chirped happily and flew down, gently picking up the feather with its beak.

As Ella watched the bluebird fly away, she felt proud that she had helped, even in a small way. She knew that paying attention to nature and helping animals was something she wanted to keep doing.
